In 2020, the bank launched Rocket Line – a revolutionary financial product that made it possible to borrow funds without any applications, documents, etc.
The goal of the campaign was to raise awareness about the Rocket Line and differentiate it from other similar products.
To make sure that Rocket Line would stand out in the sea of various loan-type solutions provided by local banks and financial institutions, we decided to position it not as a loan, but an alternative payment method.
The Future is Calling.
Anytime you make a decision involving making payments at a later time, you’re technically borrowing from your future self. Based on this insight, we created the “future is calling” concept, where Rocket Line is promoted not by the bank, but by the future selves of users.
Considering the characteristics of our target audience (young, tech-savvy) and the product (digital, no-paper), we decided to run a purely digital campaign with 2 key videos promoting different aspects of the product (in-store vs online shopping).
Due to the combined impact of the ad campaign and the efforts of the sales team working on Rocket Line, both the communication goals and business objectives of the project were fully met, generating substantial interest in the new financial product.
